May 2022 Equestrian Coach

We are adding to our Coach Team and looking to employ a hardworking, committed & dedicated person with good people skills, with a willingness to learn and a desire to join an energetic team environment.

Initially, you will be employed on a casual basis, then post probation there is the oportunity to move to a Permanent Part Time position with approx. 10 to 30 hours per week. The shifts are for approximatley 3 to 4hrs. Morning and Afternoon shifts approximatley 6.30am to 11.30am and 2.30pm to 5.30pm. There is flexibility for days and hours. Monday to Sunday (Hours/Days can be negotiated).

Successful candidates will possess:

A coaching qualification or solid horse riding knowledge and Horse Management experience.

Experience or willingness to work with children and adults.

The applicant must have their own transport and close proximity to The Gap is a distinct advantage.

A current First Aid & Blue Card would be an advantage. These can be achieved at a later date.

Equestrian Australia Certificate training and assessing is included.

The position’s main focus is on coaching however, this job can develop into stable duties, training horses & reception/administration duties also.
