Wattle Creek Equestrian Centre, nestled on a picturesque 7-acre property in The Gap, just 12 kilometers from Brisbane’s bustling CBD, has been a hub for rider development, equine expertise, and coach mentoring for over 30 years.

As we expand our dynamic team, we are seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for learning, and a genuine enthusiasm for contributing to our vibrant equestrian community.

About the Role

This position offers flexible hours, approximately 15 to 25 hours per week, across Monday to Saturday. Hours and days can be discussed and adjusted to suit the right candidate.

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have:

✔️ Coaching Qualifications or a strong foundation in horse riding, competition experience, and hands-on horse management.
✔️ Experience or a keen interest in working with both children and adults.
✔️ Reliable transportation (living near The Gap is a plus).
✔️ First Aid certification & a Blue Card (preferred but not required—these can be obtained later).
