Matching clients with a coach and horse is a complex process designed to prioritise safety and requires the expertise of our trained staff.
Bookings are confirmed only by the Stable Office once:
• Full payment has been received, and you have received your confirmation email
• A completed Registration/Waiver Form has been submitted (this can be done as part of the purchase process)
We can’t hold or confirm lesson times until both requirements above are finalised.
Wattle Creek is transitioning to a new booking system. This online product is one of the first being tested.
