Teen Holiday Workshops

Looking for something exciting, educational, and hands-on these school holidays?

Our Teen Holiday Workshop is designed for horse-loving teens who want to develop real riding skills while learning what it truly means to work with and care for horses.

Over 4 action-packed hours each morning (7:30am – 11:30am), participants will gain practical experience both in and out of the saddle, with a strong focus on safety, horsemanship, and horse knowledge.

Each day includes:
• A 45-minute riding lesson
• Hands-on horse handling and ground manners
• Understanding horse behaviour and communication
• Horse care and stable management
• Horse health and basic first aid
• Learning about tack and equipment and how to fit it correctly
• Insights into careers with horses
• Understanding the costs, budgeting, and responsibilities of owning a horse
• Building connection through bonding and horsemanship philosophy

This program is designed to give teens a well-rounded equestrian experience, helping them build confidence, responsibility, and a deeper understanding of horses.
